Portals;

A reason for current activities associated with the paranormal.

In a sense, portals are relatively nouns.

Representing a range of connections such as a sink or an electric stove, since electricity plays a vital role in connecting with different and various other now everyday items. A sprit may use this type of portal in many different ways with an opening on the other side of the planet, or your neighbor’s electrical outlet. An object of sentimental and historical value passed over time, somehow instilling and focusing its energy’s into the object.

Maybe death stems from many different directions once death occurs. Future, past and present slams into once singular event and depending on its consciences understanding of what is happening to its self after the fact. A number of factors can possibly be created with what would be considered paranormal phenomenon. Let’s say our hap less soul seems to understand its self as existent and some how not. Reverting to this total scene of walking along side a road and this being manages to hitch a ride with a trucker but still believes it hasn’t moved from its current location. Now this driver is freaked out over the disappearance of a hitchhiker that Vanished from his passenger seat. With that, as well as other possibilities that stems from that one event. Such as, a full-fledged phantom occurrence with moving parts spawned a whole slew of occurrences derivative from this one event called death throughout time, space and dimensions. Each with its own characteristics such as time frames and time periods as well as different manifestations, including those within that space in the universe. Being represented in different manners can give many different aspects at those instances; an orb or mist may be represented there as well.

What makes a great ghost story? – Part 25

Ghost stories can be told in so many ways, and about so many different types of ghosts. There is a major difference in ones told around the dinner table or during a family gathering when older members may be passing one down, and ones told at night in a secluded place in the woods around a campfire. The best ones by far are the ones that leave you to scared to fall asleep at night. The kind you remember long after you hear it.

So what makes a great ghost story? It’s the suspense, the setting, the realism, and the things that leave you wondering.

The best ghost stories make you believe they could happen. They leave you wondering what you would do if you were in a similar situation.

They are set in believable and realistic places. Maybe it is somewhere you go regularly, or somewhere you have always wanted to go but were unsure, and are even more unsure after hearing the story.

As you are listening to one of these stories you are sitting on the edge of your seat, waiting for what is coming next. Waiting expectantly for the moment that will make you scream.

When you go to bed at night you still hear the story repeating in your head. Jumping at the slightest sound. Trying to drift off to sleep but feel a touch, see a shadow tha wasn’t there before, feel eyes watching every movement.

Yes, the best ghost stories are the ones that not only scare you at the time but that scare you long after.

The belief is the choice of that person. They choose whether they believe in this sort of thing or not.

You can walk up to a few people, and ask them this question, they may scoff and say ‘Of course not!’, but then you can walk up to a few other people and they may just smile and say ‘Of course!’

The truth is that no one, if not then not many people, know if these creatures exist or not. Someone may be as sure as ever that they exist, they may have had an encounter with one, they go off, tell someone the next day, and they are far from believed, they are most likely thought crazy.

But, a few things in a way are, and are proven, to have been based off something, therefor, they are basically real. For example, the plague that swept London, whether it had been rabies, or a different plague, the general idea for vampires came from this. Their skin was turned pale, their fangs grew, and other symptoms that I’ve seemed to forgotten.

Did the other creatures come from facts in history? Did some talented author just write about them in a book? Or did someone see one of these creatures and instead of telling someone about it, they wrote about it for generations to come to learn.

The belief in this area is entirely up to the person, I’ve been told repetitively that these creatures do not exist, none of them, and they never will. Sure, some of them I will never believe in, but others I’m not sure about. Sure, I’m not going to go grab the nearest butterfly net and go fairy hunting, but it’s my belief that some of these creatures exist, and my belief won’t be altered anytime soon.

On warm summer nights you can see the faeries in the meadow on the other side of the great stone circle behind my home. The first time I saw them I thought they were giant fireflies until a friend pointed out how they flyand lookdifferently than fireflies. The faeries are brighter in intensity and larger, about the size of a palm. There is a center light that diffuses around the edges, like a lantern light. Unlike fireflies, the faerie lights do not blink, but rather stay lit as they fly to the tops of these tall ancient trees in the woods and at the meadow’s edge.

When I moved to this land in ‘98, I found three fairy rings in the meadow. People would come and sit inside the rings, then tell me of their stories. Later, I cut a labyrinth in the meadow amidst the clover, Queen Anne’s lace, and tall grass. It is from others who come to visit that I’ve learned about the faeries. And it is from the faeries themselves. I’ve learned to leave shinny objects our for them; to prepare bits of my food for spirit plates for the faeries and other spirits of this land; to talk with them when I garden; and to feel their protection of the land. They in turn reward me with four-leaf clovers, small sparkling stones, unusual pieces of wood, and other of nature’s wonders.

I feel privileged, honored to share this land with faeries. It is their home and it is my home. My life is richer for their being here; I trust their lives are enriched by my presence.

Seeing ghosts – Part 5

Children world wide will tell you there are monsters and there are ghosts and the fact they they make the definition between them is important. Monsters, or as we adults tend to describe them ‘Demons’, are very different to Ghosts. Your traditional ghost is merely the energy form or residual of this energy form, that once inhabited an organic body in this dimension.

Hard to think of things in a dimensional view, but since the existence of parallel universes have been found then to ignore the existence of other dimensions not parallel is pure folly. To also ignore our own brains ability to do more than we perceive it to do, during the course of our normal existence is also folly. Our brains are magnificent transmitters and receivers. It’s ability to receive electrical impulses and transmit same is remarkable. Without this ability we would not function, we would not breathe, eat, walk, talk and write. However, it is also capable of receiving and interpreting other frequencies. Due to the fact that we are an electrical being, our bodies emit an electro-magnetic field. Each individual person emits a very unique frequency, as unique to them as their DNA.

It is these other frequencies that exist around us that some humans brains are capable of receiving and thereby translating that into vision or sound. Sometimes it is just manifested as a ‘feeling’ and the intensity of this ‘feeling’ is the only indication that you have experienced the brain receiving an usual transmission.

These frequencies are the feelings of someone watching you, or that ‘heebie jeebie’ feeling you experience sometimes. It is sometimes known as woman’s intuition, it is sometimes ghosts. Sometimes it is even other dimensions – ever thought you saw the shadow of someone walk passed a window, yet know one was there? Energy is an entity that has an enormous shelf life. So as the old saying goes; ‘There’s more to life than Heaven and Earth’, so the next time someone says, “I think I saw a ghost”, or your child says, “There’s a ghost in my room”, or someone says to you, “I saw or heard something really strange”, don’t be so quick to dismiss it. They may just be able to receive that frequency and interpret it.

Murchors history

Murchor Soulis Gesious was born it was said to a mother of tradition in culture. He was the only kid she had, as there were things even in this world that science yet had to understand and fix. It was a quiet childhood for Murchor as his friends were the same even from a child into his early teens. It was in the back country woods where he fixed paths over the years and had stayed away from the technology from which was abundant in the outer country where the major cities developed in it’s complex balance. The friends he had were all the same. It was an accepted idea to live simply as the teachers of the cultural aspects knew of the peace from where the ancients and even in these modern days lived according to.

Until he was 16 Murchor studied his schooling from his home, in the two years from that time, this is the development of events that placed Murchor in the present time. The pools of knowledge had a lot to do with the development of the stored intelligence, and as there was no need for workers to produce goods, Murchor wished to understand how to use the pools of knowledge for the creation of what was not really thought of in these times, spiritual transcendence of living in the human form and born into the celestial life beyond the structure of politics, in which during these days were used to keep control of the truth about what happened before the war of humanity.

Sure it was a far fetched idea, yet all around the glob were reports of the pools of knowledge giving more than what they were intended to do. A mystery that surly Murchor thought one day he could know and with that understanding, perhaps, give a new definition to how the pools of knowledge were used. So it was in his country home, away from the fast paced world of the cities beyond the horizon of hills that Murchor studied in his schooling.

The world was filled with different competitive events that were held from time to time around the globe. And it was Murchor that trained for the days when he would move to the near by city of Havanies. Sure it’s thought that in a place of plenty that there is no crime yet in the midst of the economies large growth and societies agreement for a harmonious living amongst the nations, was the working of the unknown force in which blinded even the strong. Leaving the once pure of conscience with a negative mindedness, if drawn and confused by the illusion of supernatural power.

Ghosts Real or Fiction?

I believe there are ghosts among us every where we go. They might be our guardian angels protecting us or spirits of people who are not ready to move on just quite yet. I also believe they are with us for a reason or still on Earth for a purpose. Maybe to them they don’t think they completed their life’s journey yet so they must stay on Earth till they do. There is a lot of evidence that support that ghost are real. Yes there is enough evidence to say ghost aren’t real but the skeptics only believe what the can see or hear not with their hearts. You may not see them or not all ways be able to feel them but they are there. Maybe even right beside you reading this article. To many strange things have happen to people for us to think ghost are not real. Doors may slam or lights flicker for no apparent reason but it may be your ghostly pal trying to communicate with you. You just have to open your hearts and your eyes and truly believe in them. If you smell a sweet aroma it might be your guardian angel giving you reassurance that they are there to help you. Or it may be a beloved relative or person who has passed and wanted you to know they are still with you spiritually but not physically. Here is a question you can answer in your own opinion, does believing all ways have to be seeing or is it switched around so once you believe you can see? You answer that.

Believing in ghosts – Part 32

Although they are often looked upon as crazy or weird, people who believe in ghosts may not be far from the truth. Have you ever wondered why, at times, you are suddenly seized with fear? Why are children (and adults) afraid of the dark? What makes us so scared of the unknown? Our imaginations do indeed play a large role in the fears we encounter, but why is it that our imaginations imagine such things? I do believe in ghosts; however, I do not believe that ghosts are actually the ghosts that we normally think of, which are, namely, spirits coming back from the dead to haunt people. Instead, I believe that ghosts are actually demons (fallen angels); Satan and his demons love nothing more than to see God’s creation in turmoil, whether it be physical, emotional, or mental. Demons are as real as the people we interact with. I cannot and will not deny that we experience times of absolute fear, where we feel something surrounding us, terrorizing us. I myself have endured those times, and I will never forget them. But, thank God, I am protected by Jesus Christ, who is far more powerful than Satan or His demons. For furthur information on this subject, I highly suggest that you read “The Ishbane Conspiracy” by Randy Alcorn. Whether your are a Christian or not, I think you’ll find incredibly involved and extremely captivating; Mr. Alcorn has a very interesting insight into the ghosts of today, or rather, demons.

The word ghost came to my mind when my wife and I toured the Tower of London, which was helped by the tour guide as she described the famous personages in English history that were incarcerated and a few unfortunates that were executed there. Ghosts, she reiterated, are said to make the Tower their eternal home; troop of soldiers guarding exalted persons such as Sir Walter Raleigh or escorting Sir Thomas Beckett to the chopping block appear there, as well as the Lady in Mourning with No Face’ and the headless ghost of Anne Boleyn. Lady Jane Grey, and the princes of the Tower – King Edwards V and the Duke of York compete in the haunting. Through its nine hundred year history of blood, death and intrigue, there is little wonder that the Tower has the reputation as one of the most haunted places in Britain.

Strange stories abound in the passages of the Tower of London that would put aside a skeptic’s view of ghosts. In 1816, a palace guard who was on duty spied the phantom bear. Not realizing he was facing an apparition, the guard attempted to lunge at the creature with his bayonet, which embedded in a door, whereupon the ghostly bear promptly disappeared. The guard reportedly later died of shock.

In 1864, a soldier saw a ghost and again attempted to use his bayonet. The soldier fainted when he realized his antagonist was a ghost, and was later tried in a military court for neglect of duty. However, the charges against the soldier were dropped when two witnesses came forward to support the soldier’s ghost story.

We had an interesting tour of the Tower of London through the good offices of the well-informed guide of the society of Historic Royal Palaces. We learned how monarchs and important personages have shaped English society, and of the ones who were incarcerated and some executed in the Tower. We were allowed to see the crown jewels under the watchful eyes of the Beefeaters, heard the call of the ravens and were on the lookout for ghosts.

Historic Royal Palaces is an independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, the Banqueting House , Kensington Palace and Kew Palace.

PROLOGUE

It starts as an itch, an annoying patch of red skin behind my left ear that I can ignore at first. After all it’s Finals Week and between classes, projects and final exams I have zero time allotted for anything else. Before long, however, the itch travels down my neck, sparking off nerves like a wildfire under my skin until I can’t stand it any longer. I have to get home, get somewhere I can lock myself away from the world before I can’t control myself. Before it’s too late.

I leave campus on foot, having briefly considered taking the bus home but realizing that I have a better chance of making it home on time if I walk. Besides, the mere smell of everyone on the bus might push me further along than I already am. I stick to side-streets, avoiding the public as best I can. The itch has transformed into a constant burn, sizzling from my skin straight through to my bones. It won’t be long now, I realize with a start. I’ve waited too long, and this is my punishment.

My muscles jerk as I walk, preventing me from running full-out as my instincts demand. A sudden deep spasm within my gut causes me to double over in front of a bakery window. Glancing into the mirror-like surface, I can barely see the public persona I try so hard to keep up. My auburn hair is matted with sweat and my typically pale skin is nearing translucent. With a shiver I look into my eyes, but I don’t see a normal college student. I see a caged animal, fighting against its imprisonment. I see the cage weakening with each blow, and I feel the animal within: hungry, angry and strong. So terrifyingly strong.

I push myself back to my feet and continue on. Only three blocks from home would be a stupid place to lose control, I tell myself. Just keep walking, keep moving. Keep going. I increase my pace as much as my throbbing legs will allow and within minutes I see my apartment, an aging three-story walk-up popular with college students. With its crumbling bricks and cracked foundation, the building has seen better days, but today it looks like nothing less than salvation.

Through the door. Up the stairs.

The world is blurring as I grab for my keys and struggle to remember which one matches my door. Finally, I find the right key and shove it into the lock, praying my roommate isn’t home. She can’t see me like this, I beg whoever might be listening. The silence of our apartment answers my prayer and I breathe for what feels like the first time since feeling that
