TV show reviews: Supernatural – Part 20

Supernatural is a great show and I look forward to watching it every week. I wasn’t a fan from the first day it aired in September of 2005 but caught onto it in January of 2006 when the WB channel was running a marathon. Thank goodness they ran a marathon because the WB channel was not a channel that I normally watched. The subject matter caught my attention because I’m a big fan of horror and the paranormal. I didn’t start watching for the actors, although, I did know who Jared Padalecki was because of his movie “House of Wax.” Jensen Ackles, I knew looked familiar but I wasn’t sure where I had seen him. After watching the show the first time, I was hooked to the storyline and the characters. After all, traveling around in a cool muscle car on every episode gets my attention alone without the scary storyline. I am a fan of any show or movie where people are traveling across country. That is just interesting.
I’m really happy that the show is getting more recognition and more of a fan base. I was concerned when the show ended after the first and second season wondering if it would be resigned. There is more collector’s items out there than there used to be. I admit, I have purchased the Season 1 and Season 2 DVD sets and am a subscriber to the new magazine. I was excited for the magazine to be released and am pleased with it so far.
The Winchester boys, you just got to love them, they’re smart, handsome, physically able to get beat in every episode, which kills me even if it is all fake. Let’s face it, Jensen and Jared are good actors and work very hard on the show. Those boys escape death on a daily basis. I’m not pleased with the storyline with Dean having one year to live. Somehow, I know he’ll get out of it. There is no way Jensen is going off the show since he’s a main character!I know Eric Kripke, the brilliant creator of the show will bring something else interesting to the table with Dean’s death sentence. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. I hope the show is around for many seasons.

nights on the CW Network is a very special night. Why you ask? Well that is all because the television series called Supernatural which airs during the CW Network primetime line up. Supernatural is considered a horror show which stars actors Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles who play brothers who are on the hunt of paranormal figures and occurrences. Supernatural is currently airing its fourth season. The show currently is filing in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The show follows character brothers Dean and Sam Winchester who are actors Ackles and Padalecki. They are traveling across the country looking into mysterious paranormal events and occurrences that have taken place. Many are based on current myths and urban legends. Adventures that will surely keep any viewer on the edge of their seat.
The Supernatural series has become quite popular since it first aired back on the WB Network on September 13, 2005. Now it is on the CW Network and has seen its highest rating with over 3.9 million viewers. Supernatural can be seen internationally on different networks. Not just people in the United States can follow the adventures of the Winchester brothers. The whole world can take part in their adventures.
Supernatural is popular because of the story lines, the action, horror, and of course the cast. It is a show that once you watch one episode, you will be drawn in for more. It is quite addicting for many people. If you haven\’t seen Supernatural and it sounds like a show you may be interested in watching, don\’t worry if you have previously missed 3 seasons. It is not too late to get caught up with the story line. One thing you can do is watch Supernatural online. You can watch it online through the CW Network website. You can watch previous seasons to get caught up. Another option is renting or buying the season dvds. You can see the whole season, plus special features. Many people who are big fans of the show you cannot watch it when it airs in primetime choose to watch Supernatural online. You don\’t have to deal with any commercials either which makes it much better.
