A house with no ghosts

Is simply incomplete

I haunt my parents’ home

With slammed doors

Laughter and love

I wonder do the tenants know

Their ghost is alive

Wondering how many childish memories survive

Demons are real

The thing is

They are fallen angels

That is how they get you

To trust them

Then when they have you

They show you their darkside

I have faced demons

It is not fun

It is scary as hell

Though I have overcome

Through my faith in

Jesus Christ my Lord

And my personal Savior

Who I can call upon

The divine power of God

If you are to overcome

The power of demons

You need Jesus in your heart

Voices in my head telling me what to do as if trying to bring me down.

The voices I hear are the words of my mother and I can’t get them to stop.

I can’t seem to get the demons out of my head.

The demons I find within myself trying to break me down.

The words that are bouncing around in my mind.

From the demons within myself telling me that I’m not good enough.

The words from the demon I call mother.

So I’m telling the demons within myself to quickly get out and go away.

Get out of my head and never come back.

Never return the demons from within!

We did a dare at school that you could go back to that haunted house.

If we did the scare then we wasn’t a scary cat anymore.

The feeling in my heart was beating like a drum

as i walk up to that door and lifted that handle as it made a noisy creeking sound.

It was covered in spider cob webs and felt a black rat tail under my feet.

I thought i heared a groaning sound coming from the winding stairs.

Then i felt a bony hand touching my shoulder my body went shivers all over.

What was that? rattling chains and a high flying bat leather thing flying above me.

Did i hear a ghostly voice echo with the wind.

Was my eyes playing tricks on me did them heavy curtains move.

I wanted to turn and run but if i did my class mates were say your scared of your own

shadow.

I contiued till i could stand it no more time was up

as i walked out that strange house and told my tales in class.

Demons in my head.

Demons in my heart.

These demons that I carry

are ripping me apart.

The nightmares I have lived.

The doom that I foresee.

Ever looming rain clouds.

Dampen my reality

Alone in this world.

Happiness is fleeting.

My life a big mistake.

Another mental beating.

Paying for his crimes.

Still carrying his weight.

Longing to forget my past.

Creating my own fate.

laughter and smiles erase

sent-feet to fast pace

as fear chased.

The night seemed out of place,

As I was praying for healing

For my brother’s knee

My mind suddenly stopped

As a shudder swept through me

I looked up in the sanctuary

Surrounded by my friends

And beheld the Evil demons

Whose numbers knew no end

Its funny how we seem to think

We’re safe from demons in church

When in fact it is in holy places

That demons love to lurk

Haunted Houses

Haunted Houses where do I begin

Come inside with me

I’ll invite you in!

I’ts dark inside

There’s not any light

It’s made this way

To give you a fright

On this terriblay scary

Full moon night

Ignore the door

The creeky floor

The ghosts in here

Don’t really mind anymore

Do you hear that?

Is it a Bat?

Is it a Ghost tapping you on the back?

Don’t turn around

You’ll be in for a scare

You might see a Ghost behind you there

Haunted Houses are special places

They remember alot of time and faces

Ghost’s and Goblins all abound

Shadows and whisper’s all around

You’ll be lucky if you can get out

Of this place you’ve found.
