Dear Fake Diary On My Microsoft Word,

When I wake up, this had better be a dream.

Not that I don’t enjoy entertaining and consoling my dead ex-boyfriend…

I really do; I always love entertaining and consoling guys.

Just not…well…dead ones. Dustin thinks it is extremely funny that I am writing a diary while he’s sitting next to me. I personally do not think there is anything funny about sitting next to a ghost while writing in a fake diary because your nerves are frazzled beyond repair. I need to talk, and Mr. Dead Boy isn’t working. That was just for you, Dustin. So, anyhow, I guess you’d want to know how this happened. Well, sorry, honey, but I have no idea. All I know is, in the middle of the night, I woke up to my ex-boyfriend (Dustin) leaning over me over me, a scared look on his face. Now, me, I would have probably screamed out of shock, because I was in the presence of a guy and wearing my boy short boxers and a barely toddler sized shirt. I was practically naked! But, Dustin was covering my mouth, because he knows me so well. He looked surprised for a second, thenrelieved. Hmm

I almost fainted and pulled his hand away, trying to figure out what to say to him first. What are you doing here? How did you get here? How did you get in? Why are you here? And of course, the ever-popular ex-girlfriend question: Do you have a new girlfriend? Believe me, I was seriously considering asking him that question. Haha. Sorry, off topic. Anyhow, I didn’t have to ask him anything; it turned out, because he pulled me up and sat down next to me.

” Lily, I’ve got to tell you something” He started, looking down. He actually still looked scared, which confused me, considering I am not that scary to talk to. Little did I know he wasn’t scared of me, but of his lack of a heartbeat. Ha. Sorry, I just love those little jokes. I leaned back, trying to cover my legs from him, and … Wait, he says to add something

that I have beautiful legs and I shouldn’t hide them. Kiss up.

And I said ” Could it have waited to the…um… morning? There’s this amazing thing called a phone and, you, erm, push the buttons and boom! I’m on the phone

!” He laughed, but kind of sadly,

“Yeah, but I can’t use the phone now. You see my god… this is so harddon’t freak out, ok?” I nodded, wondering what was up, and why he couldn’t use the phone. He looked at me for a moment, and then started to get up,

“Never mind, I…I don’t know-” He ran his hand though his hair and I knew there was something seriously up. He had only done that once in our relationship, and that was when he was breaking up with me. I caught his arm, trying not to notice how warm he was(Gimme a break, I was still attracted to him).

” Tell me, come on, I won’t freak out, Dust, you know me.” I said soothingly, knowing he would open up when he heard his nickname. He leaned back and closed his eyes. ” I don’t know, Lily, it’s just so screwed up, I swear-I- I think I’m-” he bit his lip and looked at me. All these things started going through my head.

Specifically one, a weirdly strong thought.

“You’re gay aren’t you?” I whispered.

He seemed taken back by this, and then he looked angry. He frowned at me. “Lily, this is not funny. I am not gay.”

He looked at me, realizing I was not joking, by the relief I’m sure he saw on my face. He rolled his eyes, and chuckled. “You think I’m gay?”

I shook my head, “Well, if that’s not it, then…?”

He looked stricken. “Fine, I’ll just say it… I think I’m dead.”

Basic guide for ghost hunting – Part 16

My best ghost hunt was in Savannah Georgia on River Street. It was a quaint historic hotel that we stayed in that used to be a warehouse. The eerie spine tingling sensation swept over me as soon as we checked in. Almost every single picture snapped had an orb in it. The ghost tour was spectacular. Items were disturbed after coming back into the room and the water started running all by itself.

Be sure to research the area that you are going to visit and make sure that they accommodate the ghosts that you are in search of. Like hosting ghost tours and ancient cemeteries. Although we did not personally encounter the spirit, we did however enjoyed the playfulness of the spirit.

Never show your fear, always remain calm and encourage the spirit to give signs and acknowledge their presence. Remember when the temperature starts to drop and your skin begins to crawl, the fun begins.

No fear, because like animals and other intuitive people they can sense the fear and may not want to appear. The intention is not to scare you out of your wits, they just like the company and attention.
